What You Will Be Doing
- Designing, building, developing top-notch mobile applications for Android-based devices which allow users to upload real-time data from our products & interact in real time
- Writing clean, clear Android application in Java, C++
- Working with Bluetooth technology that allows for communication between our products and the application
- Work side-by-side with back end engineers, firmware developers, product engineers and others in an agile environment

What You Need for this Position
· BS Computer Science (MS Preferred) or equivalent experience and production environment Android applications shipped
· Excellent attention to detail with a focus on great UX
· Command of modern software design patterns will be highly regarded
· Knowledge of scrum and/or agile management methodologies essential
· Strong bias for action and demonstrated desire for ownership (a self-starter)
· Excellent prioritization and time management skills
· Focused on results everyday
· Strong OOP experience with any of the following languages: Java, C++, Python, Android SDK etc
· Understanding of Android coding best-practices and functional limitations
· Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
· Candidate should have solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
· Excellent debugging and optimization skills
· Ideal candidate will have some sort of hands on application development that uses Bluetooth, bonus points if you're familiar with Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) or GATT
· Background with IntelliJ IDE's and/or Eclipse
· Some background with embedded software, microcode, firmware is a plus
· Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sport fitness and/or technology
