Conduct territory reviews in Development Agent areas to assess operations. Analyze performance of Development Agents and identify needs for training. Oversee all development activities in a specified territory to maximize growth and achieve sales and profit goals. Provide guidance and training to Development Agents to help them achieve high levels of productivity and growth. Oversee development duties in areas with no Development Agents and offer specialized support. Oversee company territories. Oversee country office and training center functions if applicable, including the supervision of key functions and the management of staffing. Work with Research and Development to source and approve food/paper goods as needed. Assess distribution systems and identify areas for improvement. Set Sales goals and AUV targets. Maintain active participation in Development Agent recruitment by interviewing and evaluating candidates. Oversee prospects and training for Development Agents. Attend and actively participate in a variety of meetings including field meetings, HQ meetings, conventions, and regional meetings. Attend franchise sales seminars. Handle public relations and mediation issues for area when needed.
