|
- Interact with the client to extract out the needs of each business processes
- Document the business processes
- Demonstrate ERP processes and explain the systems viability in improving the companies operations and profitability
- Communicate clients requirement to the development staff
- Perform end-user training through documentation prepared as part of the implementation
- Develop and discuss Business Blueprints with client, development and support team
- Develop and provide input in project planning and project management
- Give customer support as and when need arises
- Perform maintenance work at the client premises
