Job Descriptions:
To provide support to the users of Active Directory when required.
To support the share and Data on file server.
To support (Disaster Recovery sites) and applications efficiently and effectively.
To manage computer, email, network IP and other assets list.
To provide support to company network.
To troubleshoot the problems of hardware and software and to ensure that whether it has been resolved or not.
To provide support for all the legacy system efficiently and effectively.
To support machine based software of Inkjet Machine (Engraving Dept.), Monphot Machine (Finishing Dept.), Titan Machine & Data-colour (LAB Dept.), Bleaching Machine (Bleaching Dept.), and Dainy Machine (Power House Dept).
To support and maintain the Barcode Label software & printer.
To support Client side problems like Operating system, Email Client & other softwares.
To manage and maintain CCTV Cameras, Projectors and Video Conferencing System.
To support vendors rate list o weekly basis.
