VoIP & Telecommunication - Telephony & DSL Basics, Installation, configuration and customization of Asterisk based VOIP Switch ,A2Billing and VoIP equipment - Video conferencing concepts Networking - Fiber Core Network - Cabling, Subnetting, Routing (WAN Failover etc.) and Switching (VLANs, IVR etc). - Knowledge of implementing and managing system and network security using any Firewall. Desktop, Client OS and Applications - Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 2000, XP, 7, Ubuntu Linux. - Installation and troubleshooting of almost any kind of desktop application whether or not dependent on an underlying hardware driver. Power - Understanding of electrical equipment and Data Center power management - Resident of Peshawar City and surroundings will be preferred.
