A leading online mega store is looking for Manager Sales, a highly caliber and accomplished who would manage sales and able to develop the overall Sales programs for the entire product portfolio. Persons who are intended to apply this position must have strong understanding to manage target based sales.Preference would be given to those who possess ecommerce background.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all sales related activities.
Develops a business plan and online sales strategy.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by call center software to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Adheres to all company policies, SOPs ,procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
