After Sales / Service Manager (Karachi)
- Technically oriented particularly in generators / power generation field with adequate industry exposure
- Professionally represent the company when liaising with customers
- Able to manage a team of technicians
- Ensure efficient and timely resolution of generator complaints, routine maintenance and installations to maximize customer satisfaction
- Hands-on expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and repairing product failures on customer site if required
- Determine / recommend services and solutions best suited to resolve on-site issues
- Ensure ongoing regular training sessions to enhance individual technical staff ccompetency
- Maintain proper documentation of complaints, routine maintenance and installations as required
- Dynamic and motivated
- Qualifications: BE (Elec/Mech) preferred with at least 5-10 years experience in power generation industry
