As a Design Engineer you will work closely with clients, client reps, architects and MEP consultants in creating designs for all kind of spaces including residential and commercial facilities throughout the country.

Design:

  • Create all designs and develop specifications, schematic diagrams, system designs and system layouts for a variety of projects showing integration of audio video control and automation systems
  • Develop comprehensive audiovisual control equipment designs for customers, including low voltage wiring, trim-out, equipment rack and control room layout, system processing and control, display technologies, and network systems
  • Participate in design, brainstorming, estimating meetings as needed
  • Coordinate design & engineering tasks with architects, MEP consultants and engineers
  • Maintain high-level of personal expertise in current and future technolog
  • Co-ordinate all construction/design matters between the key project stakeholders – Client, Design Team, third party specialist designers, Contractor etc.
  • Inspiring creativity throughout all design work.
  • Ensuring that all Design work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Producing complete design documents including plans, elevations, checklists, cabling schedules, engineered details, and instruction sets

Project Coordination:

  • Issuing revision plans and documents as per project requirements
  • Issuing as-built plans
  • Maintain effective, professional communications with customer. Relate well with customer concerns and acts on them
  • Attend project coordination meetings and issue MOMs on behalf of the design division

Handover & Commissioning:

  • Producing customized operations manuals for the installed systems
  • Producing as-built plans
  • Handover of the manuals and as-built plans to the customer and aftersales division upon project completion
