Primary Responsibilities
Human Resources
· Developing and implementation of policies and procedures, orientation to staff and ensure compliance
· Information to finance for preparation of payroll inclusive of hiring/firing, promotions, overtime and other benefits.
· Recruitment of staff, managing their benefits, maintenance of their personnel files and dealing with all type of insurances.
Administration
· Make travel and hotel arrangement in a cost effect manner
· Coordinating with telecommunication service provider
· Managing assets insurance and coordinate with them for claims
· Responsible of overall office administration.
