· Responsible for creating a detail work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects
· Responsible for project budgeting and financial management
· Responsible for initializing, planning, coordinating, execution, monitoring and closing of commercial & residential audio visual and automation projects for new construction and retrofit applications
· Responsible for projects deliverables and timeline for specific cross functional areas of Synergy Technologies Pvt. Ltd, issues escalation and product rollout for all of our customers
· Responsible to increase the efforts of a diverse, cross-functional team to ensure exceptional performance
· Responsible to liaise with associate architects, designers & consultants for design / aesthetic construction consistencies
· Responsible to conduct meetings and document action items to feed into the overall project plan
· Ability to travel 25% of the time in order to meet customer needs
