- Assistant Manager Outsourcing, will report to Manager BPO - Should be able to effectively Manage workforce in achieving production targets and maximizing Utilization - Identify factors leading to work force attrition, recommend measures to maintain low attrition rates - Recommend incentive schemes to enhance performance and reward employees as well as increase profitability - Project positive corporate image and maintain professional relations with client personnel - Perform regular review of operations identifying weaknesses and strengths and recommend necessary corrective measures
