| Job Description: |
|
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years industry experience (Business Process Outsourcing / Call Center) and proven track record of Quality Service to consumers on schedule - Having QA background would be an edge
- EDUCATION: at least a Graduate
- SERVICE RECORD: Flawless service record i.e. having no track of performance and/or adherence issues in the past.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
- Analytical - Having ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions
- Dependable - Able to take up the ownership of the situation and accomplish goals independently.
- Diligent / Hard-working - Tries and gives out his/her very best at all times
- Decisive - Make spontaneous yet correct decisions
- Optimistic - Should be optimistic in approach, particularly when handling escalations, grievances, etc.
- Time Management - Should be able to meet the set timelines / deadlines
- MS Office proficiency - Should have sound acquaintance with MS Office tools required for his/her daily operations, reporting, etc.
- Should have excellent management and leadership skills
- Should possesses effective communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Should be a team player
