Vacant Position Admissions Assistant Educational Qualification The candidate should have done Intermediate Required Work Experience At least 1-2 years of experience in an Educational Institute/relevant field Job Description - Provides admission related information to students and parents.
- Receives Continuation forms,certificate course registration form, security deposit refund forms and Transfer Forms etc from the students, gets clearance from Program Coordinator and Vice President Academics and forwards to the records office.
- Data entry / profile updating of continuation students and certificate students and assigning of registration numbers.
- Document checking and verification from student files
- Receives admission applications from the candidates, assigns them roll number and prepares student files.
- Maintains inventory of admission materials like application forms, and letterhead and updates the Manager Admissions regarding the items required.
- Prepares admission letters of the successful candidates and prepares orientation kits for them.
- Provides clerical support such as typing and filing.
