Job Description for the position of Program Manager
Line Manager: General Manager
- Writing of project proposals
- Identification of locations and sectors for the establishment of new projects.- Report writing for international/national donors of the foundation
- Phased monitoring of the projects/programs and submission of reports to the Line Manager.
- Feedback reports after completion of the projects for the donors.
- Building Impact assessment report.Annual impact study of the ongoing projects in order to determine the need of future projects/programs
- Guideline training and capacity building of staff working in Projects and Programs.
- Responsible to facilitate sub-ordinates and associates in order to ensure the smooth function of the program/projects
- Evaluation of the efficient use of budget within department.
- Maintaining the audio/visual library of the foundation
- Promotion of projects and organization through various civil society organizations and media sectors.
- Working in close co-ordination with the Resource Mobilization and Finance Department.
