A candidate must have a basic knowledge of General Accounting Concepts and have experience of book keeping in a computerized environment. The Job responsibilities will include;
- Preparation of Bank Payment Vouchers and Cheques
- Deduction and submission of withholding taxes with FBR (wherever applicable)
- Bank and Ledger Reconciliation
- Verification and checking of all purchase invoices and supporting documents
- Proper filing of documents
- Liaison internally with stores and with vendors
- Monthly, Quarterly and annually submission of withholding tax statements (online) with FBR
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable Department and assist wherever required
- Team Player
- Experience on QuickBooks will be an additional skill (required)
- Any other task assigned from time to time
