§ Lead data request process, filling request and delegating to TAMBRO’s staff
§ Work closely with TAMBRO’s research team to Collect, analyze, and interpret data and statistics by using quantitative and qualitative methods.
§ Assist TAMBRO’s leadership in meeting preparation and presentations involving data and research.
§ Develop and manage “TAMBRO Information System” database.
§ Design methods for evaluating programs and policies, conduct analyses, draft reports, present findings to clients and at conferences, and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
§ Prepare activities brief for information & sharing and tracking progress against the implementation plan.
§ Lead and Manage TAMBRO’s research, evaluation and impact assessment activities
§ Prepare different periodic reports i.e Risk Assessment Report, Monthly Risk Assessment Report, Bi-Monthly Report etc.
§ Development and display of risk profile through various visual aids like charts and graphs indicating risk trends and provide analysis.
§ Monitor local and international risk trends.
§ Monitor local and International risk trends.
§ Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
