- Recruitment and selection ( Interview scheduling, making interview calls, candidate's tests processing, make the entire after interview coordination etc. Maintain SAP-HCM with regards to all Recruitment and selection processes and procedures).
- Employee Relations (Staff Attendance Management, Maintenance of EOBI/PESSI Records, Smooth processing of employee separations, support Regional HR Manager to effectively and efficiently manage Factory Employee Relations matters).
- Provide support in Training and Development Activities.
- Record keeping / file maintenance of all HR/ ER documents.
- Effectively perform any other task assigned by the seniors.
Skills
◾Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
◾Preferably posses working experience in SAP-HCM environment
