• Recruitment and selection ( Interview scheduling, making interview calls, candidate's tests processing, make the entire after interview coordination etc. Maintain SAP-HCM with regards to all Recruitment and selection processes and procedures).
  • Employee Relations (Staff Attendance Management, Maintenance of EOBI/PESSI Records, Smooth processing of employee separations, support Regional HR Manager to effectively and efficiently manage Factory Employee Relations matters).
  • Provide support in Training and Development Activities.
  • Record keeping / file maintenance of all HR/ ER documents.
  • Effectively perform any other task assigned by the seniors.

Skills

◾Human Resources & Employee Relations functional knowledge and experience
◾Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
◾Preferably posses working experience in SAP-HCM environment
◾Positive mindset to contribute for the growth of the organization in a challenging working environment
