- Manage inbound / outbound operations of the Warehouses.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting monthly physical stock counts, daily cycle counts and stock reconciliation with the system (SAP – MM)
- Maintain the quality of FG stock.
- Manage Finished Goods stock movement according to First Expiry First Out basis.
- Ensure customer order executions as per agreed terms and conditions.
- Maintain System (SAP-MM) with respect to finished goods receiving/ issuance and generate stock reports as per need.
- Plan daily dispatch schedule according to route plan.
- Maintain Point of sale (POS) material stock and its issuance as per plan.
- Maintain all Warehouse related documents such as Stock Transfer Order, Delivery Note, Bilty etc. and update the system accordingly.
- Maintain safety, health and environmental condition for storage of Finished Goods Stock at the warehouses.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
