One of the members of TCN-USA group of companies worldwide specifically created an online job opportunity for talented graduates with high ambition and motivation but unable to work due to: - Prevailing non-conducive work environment unsuitable to conservative Muslim families (esp females) - Extensive daily commuting requirements of most office jobs and increasingly hazardous travel conditions.- Domestic family obligations and/or elderly parental care- Unable to find job due to lack of experience in their field of choice- Diminishing high paying jobs to meet the increasing cost of living Selected management trainees will undergo an apprenticeship program in which they will experience what TCN-USA’s front line staff located worldwide confronts daily. The challenges to which they will be exposed may include online research, social media, marketing campaigns and data analysis, using state of the art current and future technologies. The challenges they will be subjected to may include, working in multiple languages other than English, finding information with non-optimal search engines, working with limited information, dealing with individuals in different countries and time zones from Africa, Asia, Europe and Americas. The candidates will be expected to overcome their own personal shortcomings which may include family pressure, distractions while working from home and staying focused in a multifamily setting. Ideal candidates need to maintain positive attitude. Regardless of the circumstances, they should stay focused, objective, relentless in pursuit of goals, avoid distractions and should have excellent physical and mental toughness to withstand the rigors of the apprenticeship program. Exceptional candidates may even be asked to lead a team of staff members. Candidates must possess knowledge of MS Office Suites, should be able to use search engines to find relevant information and prepare reports for analysts. Successful candidates will be offered permanent positions within their own teams of online staff located worldwide. All permanent positions will have the potential to progress and earn more than Rs 100,000 per month. Exceptional candidates will be posted to TCN-USA’s offices in USA, UK, Canada, Australia or Singapore on 2-3 years rotation with full executive benefits of TA & DA.
