Job Description:

The M&E Coordinator will assist the Director M&E in generating information and reports on project implementation and performance monitoring plan through regular field visits. The position will also contribute to project reports, work plan and database development for project planning and target implementation. Travel to the project districts will be required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years experience of developing and executing research, monitoring and evaluation strategies in the development sector, preferably in the area of education
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative study design and implementation, especially with children as the major focus
  • Experience using data analysis packages such as SPSS and database management systems, preferably Access and Excel
  • Experience in developing and coordinating data collection, processing and analysis systems
  • Familiarity with US Donor Monitoring and Evaluation protocols
  • Demonstrated experience of using participatory monitoring and evaluation techniques
  • Strong computer literacy skills required in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, web browsers, and email
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Sindhi
