Essential Duties and Responsbilities
The Business Incubator Program Manager is a new and unique position that requires the attention and oversight of an individual who has small business and/or program development experience. The Program Manager will report to and work NIC Director on a regular basis. The following are the main duties and skill sets required for the position;
Basic small business coaching and business plan oversight, Develop and maintain collaborations with partnering agencies, Schedule monthly startup hunt recruit trainers, organize events for startups and incubation team.
Work Experience Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in Project management especially working closely in incubation or with multiple start-ups.
- Compensation: Position starting at 1000,000 PKR annually Work Hours: ¾ Time – 35 hours per week, with health and other benefits. Candidate must have a flexible schedule.
Education Requirements – Skills and Expertise
- Masters in Project Management / PMP preferred. Hands on experience, MS project Primavera
- Planning and Scheduling, Communication and portfolio management
- Expertise to run Incubation Program as well as monitor/evaluate activities
- Keep track of project baseline with actual project deliverables / maintains cost/schedule variance (CPI/SPI)
- Project Management Tool, Involves in-depth planning of ever basic project, Provide support in driving progress and results through a number of continuous improvement work-streams
- Plan and monitor project progress against timelines and targeted deliverables, Think critically and objectively
- Recognise the importance of staff engagement and participate/facilitate workshops that will drive service improvement
- Have strong interpersonal skills - strong communication and being persuasive when needed to support our desired behaviour and culture change
