Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance.
Daily system monitoring and software, hardware health checks
Any other duties as assigned by management
In-House testing of Oracle Products as a part of learning process, as per assigned by Supervisor.
Implementation/deployment of Oracle Products or features either individually or as a part of team, as per assigned by Supervisor
Coordination with client regarding technical support or consultancy of Oracle Products.
Inter-department coordination regarding technical quries related to Oracle Products.
