Techlogix is seeking a female candidate with excellent phone presence that can handle reception duties with light administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidate should posses strong interpersonal communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, team spirit and confidentiality of business-related information. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include: answering and directing phones calls, making travel arrangements, greeting visitors, sorting mail and faxes, and other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
