Technical Profile
Strong knowledge on Network Administration, proficient with Cisco devices e.g. Routers, Switches and especially ASA Firewall.
A solid understanding of IP addressing allocation,
management, and routing concepts.
Proficiency with Linux/ UNIX system administration (Red Hat and CentOS preferred)
Proficient in configuration / maintenance of all Linux based server including VPN,
Apache,
Squid, Mail, Radius,
NFS,
DNS, DHCP and Samba servers.
Good knowledge of shell and PHP scripting.
Experience with system monitoring (e.g. Nagios,
MRTG, SolarWind), trouble shooting, and analysis.
Good knowledge of virtualization e.g. VMware, Hyper-V
Familiar with database administration (backup, restore, import, export etc)
Ability to provide application (e.g. SVN and TestTrack) support in Onshore and Offshore model
Strong documentation skills
Excellent communication skills with conflict management and resolution experience
