Job Description:

1. Monitor the manufacturing processes at all critical and general stages of production to conform to the customers’ requirements.

2. Ensure delivery of quality goods as per the specifications provided by the customer.

3. Ensure the pre- manufacturing quality requirements of the product at the stage of new product development.

4. Timely execution and monitoring of inspection process in order to deliver products on-time.

5. Ensure Vendor supplied semi-finished goods’ quality to be as per standards & specifications.

6. Liaise with customers in order to handle Quality related issues.

7. Manage calibration activity for various gauges and instruments used in production and quality control departments.

8. Implementation and awareness of manufacturing best practices in workplace like Kaizen, 5S, Skill Matrix charts etc.

9. Train & develop employees on requirements of Quality Management System standards and resolve all departments’ QMS related matters in coordination with Management Representative (MR).

10. Acquire customer feedback and perform statistical analysis in order to report in Management Reviews coordinating with MR.

11. Perform Internal Quality Audits in coordination with organization’s functions & MR.

12. Report and present current status and anticipated opportunities & challenges to higher management.

Skills Required:

  • Should possess demonstrated understanding of products, processes and quality management system
  • Planning, Analytical & Decision Making Skills
  • Leadership & Team Building Skills
  • Sound Communication & Presentation Skills, both in English & Urdu
  • Computer Proficiency particularly MS Office & Internet Browsing
  • Candidate must be equipped with Quality Tools & Charts and shall be able to apply them within the ongoing Manufacturing processes
