To lead the implementation of an ERP throughout the organization Liaise between various departments of the organization and the software vendors in order to procure, customize, develop, deploy, implement and maintain the ERP system Develop and organize the current processes of all departments of the organization Provide Technical & Functional assistance & training to end users Act as a re-engineering hub for all processes which need To be aligned with the international best practices and practices offered by the software Coordinate with departments, the requirements of various sorts of reporting for decision making Skills Must have implemented or have had been an integral part of the implementation of one complete cycle of implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System or an equivalent Resource Planning System in a manufacturing concern Must be extremely good at spoken and written English communication & technical writing skills A team player who is able to both lead effectively as well as liaise between the different departments of the organization
