3. Posting of bills (payables) payment, JV's (Journal Vouchers), receipts etc.
4. Entry & Posting of Summaries of Salaries / Wages on Excel.
5. Prepare Journal Vouchers on Excel
6. Reconciliation of accounts & bank statements
7. Filing of all Posted Vouchers
8. Prepare Sales Tax Invoice
9. Prepare letters to banks monthly for TPI & Amigo bank statement
10. Prepare receivable reports for banks
11. Prepare monthly Supplier income tax, purchase & exempted parties details
12. Assisting General Manager & Manager Finance in Finalization of Accounts
13. Any additional responsibilities as assigned by Management
14. Prepare monthly sales register for E-filing purpose
15. Entry of petty cash vouchers in QB
