- Management of account receivables and payables
- Bookkeeping; annual, monthly, quarterly closures, Monthly finalization of PL and balance sheet.
- Controlling of inventories and working capital & Bank reconciliation and liaising with banks.
- Assisting in monthly reporting to headquarters and management reporting.
- Maintain sales advances and receipts & Record sales invoices, receipts and payments. Receiving & Paying Payment through Bank & Petty Cash. Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Finance & Marketing Manager.
- Checking & Verifying of all Vendors invoices & services provider.
- Dealing with E-Banking issues & coordination with the Bank.
- Outdoor Banking work with Silk Bank.
- Preparing monthly profit & loss statement & maintain petty cash records.
- Process Monthly payroll for over 100 employees.
- Preparing journal entries, managing customers´ accounts & preparing
- Reconciliations.Reporting to Finance Manager.
