Job Description:
About the position
  • We seek a developer with a technical background, preferably from Microsoft’s TSQL and other BI suites. The candidate will be responsible for the requirement analysis, solution design, setup, test and development of all requests/reports on the Service Desk tool (we use ICCM’s e-Service Desk tool) and KPI reporting system.
Education & Professional Qualification
  • Bachelors in Comp. Science / Masters in Comp. Science (preferred)
Certification(s)
  • ITIL V3 FND
Skills and Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Databases – MSSQL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated database design competency along with understanding complex SQL statements integrated into large business systems. Strong familiarity with SQL is required any experience with TSQL is a major plus.
  • Understanding of developing and deploying reports using a BI tool like Crystal Reports or SSRS.
  • Knowledge .Net, Java or any other OO programming language.

  • Ability to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets, exhibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards associated with own area of specialization and making correct choices from alternatives.
KEY Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all requests on Service Desk tool and KPI Reporting
  • Conduct requirement analysis and solution design for Service Desk tool and KPI Reports
  • Setup of configuration of the Service Desk tool Reporting Server
  • Test and release management of Service Desk tool and KPI Reports
  • Develop and maintain new and existing functionality regarding reports and other KPI requirements
  • Provide and support the business with knowledge and estimates around development of the Service Desk tool Reports
  • Monitor and ensure all targets and KPI's are met to secure the set goals
