- Required technical oriented person with both Technical & Communication Skills.
- Can Manage and run system operations with guided support provided to him.
- Responsible for repair data working including analysis/KPIs etc
- Responsible for Technical Training sessions for junior Engineers/Technicians.
- Responsible for quality repair services with good conceptional skills.
- Responsible for updated technical system under Mobile Phone repairing.
- Responsible for Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
- Can interact with higher management.
- Responsible for writing emails to principal and higher management.
- Responsible for good understanding of electronics and Telecommunications theoretical concepts for implementations.
- Responsible for managing warranty data with defined guide lines.
