Candiate have to work on following timings. 6:00pm till 3:00am(Monday to thursday)
6:00pm to 5:00am(on friday)

- 1. Obtain an in-depth understanding of overall BPO operation.
- 2. To understand ASA & CD, and accordingly action plan to be workout to complete the job as required.
- 3. Complete awareness about Federal / State & County setup & requirement.
- 4. Complete awareness of setting up of new business in states as per state requirement.
- 5. Complete understanding of IRS / State Tax department / County Tax department.
- 6. Complete understanding of FEIN / Article of Organization / Business License / Occupancy License / Personal property registration.
- 7. Responsible for on time setup of online accounts as per ASA and forwarding it to respective departments (Processing / Tax) for ongoing work accordingly.
- 8. To communicate with Federal / State & County as and when required.
- 9. To resolve client’s notices received from Federal / States and update to Tax & CMD accordingly.
- 10. To setup online account & online payments for vendor’s as and when needed.
- 11. Keeping & maintaining full record of all online accounts sets up in clients files (QB) / Client folders.
- 12. To renew clients insurance on time to avoid late plenty and interest.
- 13. Perform special assignment as requested by CMD.
Skills
1. Should have some knowledge about Accounts.
2. Should have Good Verbal and non verbal English communication.
3. Command on Excel.
4. Time management.
