- Reporting to the General Manager of the company
- This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements/reports
- This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, yearend audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities
- The person will have to contact with senior-level officials, auditors and the company's senior management and Group Finance Dept (UAE) which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- Ensuring and managing an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
- Experienced for working in accounting software, reports and financial templates
- Responsible for filing tax returns, EOBI, PESSI and provident fund contribution
- Responsible for registering Royalty & Technical License agreements with SBP
- Dealing with all functioning dept of the company i.e. sales, production, procurement & admin
- Responsible for making daily, weekly and monthly reports and sending timely financial information to HO
- Dealing with Auditors, Banks, Tax Dept and Legal firm
- Making and drafting basic reports and templates for accounts & finance dept, production, raw material inventory & finished goods stocks
- Awakening the sales dept by keeping records and reports
- Establishing good relationships with Suppliers and vendors
- Cash flow planning to collect receivables and payables
- Should have strong computer literacy skills
- Confidentiality and secrecy of reports and documents.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of pay rolls and expenses transactions
- Managing the monthly and quarterly Bank reconciliation activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supporting budget and forecasting activities
