A Candidate should experience in corrective/preventive maintenance, instrumentation and control used in the Process or manufacturing industry. Preference will be given to those candidates who have Driving license.
Candidate should strictly comply with Golden Rules of Safety and adhere fully to the company policy on work order and work permit systems and procedures.
Understands work order and work permit procedures. Understands why, when and where personal protective equipment is required
Performs basic PM & CM jobs as per supervision and instruction
Gives full commitment to all training tasks and project
Basic overview of production operations and associate equipment and identifies different types of testing equipment within the section.
Performs his duties in strict compliance with the ethical standards, corporate policies, procedures and loss control programs.
Should have the knowledge to read the P&I Drawings and identify symbols correctly
Perform PM /CM jobs on flow, temperature, pressure, level, control valves, etc related instrumentation jobs.
Conversant with calibration instruments used in industry.
Have knowledge of pneumatic logic system.
Identifies and lists the necessary spare parts for the preventive and corrective maintenance of Instrument & control equipment.
Updates on daily basis equipment history through SAP PM.
Prepares MIVs and Dispatch Notes for material issuance and returns.
Completes work order, describing work done and spare parts used in SAP PM.
