Job Description:

- Responsible for all HR functions like HR planning, compensation and organizational development

- Identify staff vacancies and recruit accordingly

- Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures

- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system

- Any other responsibilities assigned by the HOD
