- Screening of incoming calls and correspondence and responding under guidance of the Regional Director
- Preparing memorandums, outlining and explaining administrative procedures
- Preparing records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings
- Acting as custodian of corporate documents and records
- Preparing and filing of corporate legal documents
- Preparing confidential correspondences, reports and other complex documents
