Job Description:

Responsible for providing a point of contact for walk in traffic, incoming telephone calls, and supporting the highest level of service for the staff and visitors.

The job entails:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls, assisting callers, taking messages, providing information, routing to the relevant extension
  • Routing outgoing calls efficiently and accurately
  • Handling visitors in a professional manner
  • Documenting all activities and maintaining logs
