| Job Description: |
|
- Assists the Director Quality Assurance in planning, organizing and implementing School Quality Assurance visits;
- Coordinates, plans and leads Quality Assurance teams;
- Directs and oversees the implementation of the Quality Assurance visit schedules;
- Delegates work to his/her staff as necessary;
- Assists the Director Quality Assurance in proof reading and finalizing Quality Assurance reports provided by the Quality Assurance teams;
- Assists Director Quality Assurance in preparing forms or other documents as required for school visits;
- Assists the Director Quality Assurance in devising mechanism to document and control the distribution of HR, Academics, MIS, and Accounting Manuals to the NWAs;
- Assists the Director Quality Assurance in reviewing, proposing and controlling revisions in the Manuals and the distribution of revised manuals to all concerned;
- Assists the Director Quality Assurance in identifying areas needing coordination between NWAs and the IT, Accounts, Training, Academics, and HR departments of TSS and provide feedback on same to the functional departments ;
- Maintains performance records of the members of the Quality Assurance teams; and
- other duties as a lead Quality Assurance Coordinator
Preference will be given to candidates having in-depth knowledge and work experience in the QA department of a reputable Franchise network or service industry and especially to those working in the Education Franchise networks.
