| Job Description: |
|
- To Prepare Priced BOQ's of the Projects.
- To evaluate Commercial bids.
- To workout project quantities, estimation and coasting for the project.
- To verify the bills of work done by the contractors.
- To prepare material forecast for procurement.
- To assist principal Architect in finalization of Sub Contractor's bills and material rates.
- Custodian of all BOQ's, cost estimates, bills of all the projects.
- To maintain the record of contract documents i.e, specifications, BOQs, drawings and correspondence etc.
- To analyze the unit rates of the projects.
- To reconcile the quantities and rates of BOQ with the actual work done on project.
- To reconcile the quantities and rates of BOQ with the actual work done on project completion.
- To keep proper record of contractors and suppliers with their addresses and contact numbers.
- To prepare proper database of rates of different items for different regions.
- To visit the sites periodically for inspection and verification of contractors bills.
- Any other job assigned by management from time to time.
