| Job Description: |
|
- To ensure execution of work according to specifications and drawings
- To monitor/control labor and sub-contractors
- Inspection and approval of work by consulting Engineer
- Inspection and approval of materials w.r.t quality and quantity
- To ensure that adequate construction material is available at site well in time
- Reporting to Project Manager for problems and issues
- Submitting Daily progress report to Project Manager and keep record of daily progress and weekly/fortnightly progress as per requirement
- To co-ordinate with Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC Supervisors/Foremen before pouring of concrete or execution of other works
- To ensure that no material, fixed asset or labor is being wasted at site
- To check and confirm the mixing of concrete as per mix design provided
- Ensure good quality construction by close monitoring of various activities on site including concreting, steel fixing, shuttering etc.
- To keep informed the site in charge of any discrepancy/non Engineering practices
- To use smart, simple and polite language with every one
- Any other task assigned by the higher management at head office or on behalf
