The Code It Company is a fast growing IT company based on Shahra-e-Faisal (near Baloch Colony), Karachi. We are looking for a Full-time Office Manager to manage and run the complete office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diary and email management for the CEO
- HR Administration
- Accounts administration
- Looking after day-to-day operations in the office
- Payroll administration
- Operational duties, acting on behalf of the CEO in his absence
- Ad hoc administration duties
Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous PA support or senior administration experience
- Accounts knowledge
- Highly organised and passionate about proving executive support
- Focused with excellent time management
- Outstanding presentation skills and creative flare
- Confident communicator
- Proactive and hands on approach with a flexible nature
