- Effectively manage Sales, Recovery and Academics teams for the region.
- Develop rapport and relationships with Network Associates (Franchisees) and School Management through periodic visits and providing support as per the Franchisee agreement.
- To lead the regional team for developing yearly business development plans in terms of student strength, new business for the entire Region.
- To supervise and monitor billing of all franchises in the region at least twice a year and ensure recovery of royalty fee and to strategize on recovery of backlogs.
- In consultation with the HO, develop and implement Training Programs and School Development Program across the region with support of Regional Academics team.
- To provide formal feedback on Academics Deliverables to HO Academics through Regional Academics team.
- To ensure compliance to company policies/procedures related to Academics, Marketing, Administration HR, Accounts with special focus on QA procedures at all existing and new campuses.
- As a core team member, work closely with the Project Director and suggest ways to improve the overall quality of TE schools and other values added services.
- To manage Company owned Campuses in the Region.
- Position reports to project director with functional report to HO Department Heads.
