Branch Managers

Provide input on setting objectives, initiate and implement business plans and policies to ensure their attainment. Closely monitor the progress of all products and services of the Bank in the area covered under the branch, activities pertaining to deposits mobilization and all customer service related activities of the branch. The position provides the leadership and management to ensure that the branch has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to contribute towards achievement of the overall objectives of the Bank.

Responsibilities:

Ensure business development and growth of Banks Products/Services and maintain high portfolio quality.
Monitor the marketing of all financial services/ products offered by the Bank, and deposit mobilization activities to achieve yearly budgeted targets.
Identify and develop leads for deposits mobilization
Ensure that operations of the branch are in compliance with the prudential regulations, bank’s internal policies, OPG and other regulatory requirements
Monitor the administration, maintenance and security of the branch.
Maintain an efficient staffing strength
Monitor all types of account opening, sample review, cash of branches (excess/short) and KYC review as per policy.
Managing Branch Staff and ensure training needs of the team for on-going capability development
