- Responsible to develop & implement centralized banking operations procedures & system in letter and spirit. Assist in design, planning, and launch of related projects.
- Coordinate with all respective functional areas for smooth operation of CPU.
- Supervise System Application Support & User Management as super user of the CBS.
- Develop and implement resource plan as per guidelines in line with bank’s strategy. Ensure timely coordination for resource management of human resources, IT systems and stationeries.
- Maintain day to day discipline at the CPU functions as per approved policies & procedures of the bank.
