Responsible to assist in reviewing, evaluating and assist in making recommendations for the correction and improvement of audit operations, management control systems and organizational unit/ department performance.
- Knowledge of basic banking laws, practices and procedures
- Basics of Audit Procedures
- Knowledge of best audit practices
Knowledge of latest auditing techniques related to financial institutions and micro finance best practices
- Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization to facilitate audit.
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills
