- Position is responsible to develop and implement the employee compensation and benefits policies.
- Prepare monthly payroll through HRIS according to information provided by other sections and ensure timely disbursement of monthly salaries.
- Prepare different reports for management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Analyze and conduct salary survey exercise.
- Review and supervise the exit process of employees
- Review Staff loan applications, record it and monthly reconciliation.
- Supervise all modules of HRIS including coordination with Software Company for support, updates and trouble shooting. Minimum 3 years’ of HRIS experience required
- Supervise Fund Accounting (PF & GF) including book keeping, trial balance, balance sheet and investment of funds.
- Coordinate for internal, external audit and Funds audit.
Skills
Conversant with related software (HRIS).
Min 3 years’ of HRIS experience and
Effective communication skills.
Market and competitor knowledge.
Knowledge of Microfinance sector.
Compliance, Tax, EOBI and regulatory knowledge.
Thorough knowledge of operations and customer services
Problem solving, analytical and decision making
Team Building, People Management and Delegation Skills
Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
Min 3 years’ of HRIS experience and
