Capacity building of primary health centers staff in Primary eye care
As a member of the project team travel to primary level health facilities all over Distirct Peshawar examining/providing first level diagnosis to eye patients referred by the community health workers with special emphasis on pediatric and diabetes related patients
Conducting awareness raising sessions in the communities about Childhood and Diabetes related blindness also using other means of communication like Media, Cable, Billboards etc. Designing and distribution of IEC material.
Keeping record of and following up on referrals and ensuring that they receive timely and quality treatment at the tertiary hospital
Responsible to keep project data and proper documentation of daily activities, weekly/monthly reporting on prescribed Format.
Any other activities organized by Manager when and where required.
