The HUBCO Management Trainee program is an 18-month long learning experience where MTs are immersed into live projects with direct impact on company performance.
Technical MTs are given real-time exposure to our plant technologies, working on real projects relating to expansion, efficiency, maintenance and operations.
Technical MTs with qualification in Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical engineering are required for this purpose.
Minimum GPA - 3.0 and above.
