This role is responsible for the Business Development, Sales, and Tendering of small to large scale contracts across the designated area, ensuring services are delivered to agreed schedules and achieve customers’ satisfaction. Client liaison on a daily basis, Training of Sales Engineers and Support staff. Development and implementation of sales and marketing plans within the allocated area, so as to maintain and develop sales of company’s range of products and services to domestic customers and commercial accounts.
·Develops and maintains an active lead generation plan through Tenders posted on PPRA website, referrals, and contact with local builders, and various prospects.
·To coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
·To formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales/Technical Support Engineers/Representatives team.
·Manage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives.
·Stay abreast with latest job related trends and Implement key marketing strategies; continually analyzing results.
·To lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction.
·To recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
·To discuss and lay out project specifications.
·Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
·To present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
·To create and/or implement custom in-field promotional programs for targeted regional customers and decision maker.
·To provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction. Submit special reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance, and specifications, or competitive activity.
·Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
· Must be a self-starter.
· Must be able to demonstrate sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
· Effective presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to state issues in a concise, solution driven manner.
· Well-versed or willing to excel in the technology, equipment and methods related to low voltage systems, ideally for commercial projects.
· Proven track record of managing end to end projects regarding Surveillance, electrical works, Lighting, HVAC and/or Low Voltage systems.
· Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
