Sales/Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for the generation and pursuit of sales leads, presentation of the product line, understanding of the customers requirements and providing best-fit system solutions for those requirements for the security surveillance systems, Fire Alarm systems and Access Control systems and must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Develops and maintains an active lead generation plan through tenders posted on PPRA website, referrals, and contact with local builders, and various prospects.
To proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
To create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionTo prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.To provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Accompanies the installationteamto the initial job start to ensure the customer requirements are confirmed and are understood by the installationteam.
Follows-up after completion of the installation to make certain that the system is working properly, to explain its operation to the customer, and maintain a rapport that will result in continual referrals.
Exhibits a thorough knowledge of all pricing procedures and strategies to ensure that proposal/contract estimates are accurate and will deliver the expected return.
Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
This job may require traveling/staying out station for short durations usually not exceeding one week.
Engineers interested to pursue their carrier in sales, marketing and hand on practical experience are eligible to apply.
Bachelors Degree in Telecom, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Candidate should have willingness to understand and grow in department of systems design, application, and time management Network Router and Network Switch experience is preferred.

Candidate must be registered or be eligible for registration with PEC (Pakistan engineering council)
