As a Wordpress Administrator, you have to keep company run websites up to date with latest products, news and relevant articles as needed. Maintain an organized offline library of resources like images, datasheets and product user manuals etc. Have a thorough knowledge of Wordpress practices and search engine analytics/optimization to maximize traffic to website. Do your best to follow new trends in marketing techniques, including social media/marketing strategies. Develop an understanding of product architecture and classification to minimize errors while maintaining an organized categories family.
Job Responsibilities
·Updating product specification/information and maintaining database according to company standards.
·Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
·Liaising with designers.
·Creating, Maintaining and updating library of offline resource i.e. User manuals, Images, Datasheets.
·Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters.
·Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts on social media and relevant mediums.
Job/Person Specification
·Ideal Candidate must have at least bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration or Equivalent.
·Proven experience as Wordpress Developer, (themes/plugins) or similar roles
·A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies
·Continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools and marketing solutions.
